I had the most wonderful experience with Sam at Sage Therapies. She has such a calming, nurturing presence that you feel held from the moment you arrive. The reflexology melted away my anxiety, and her massage released so much deep tension in my shoulders and neck. The Reiki and energy balancing left me feeling grounded, clear, and truly restored. Had a festive massage with Lisa. I chose the package treatment ‘Christmas Aromas-Christmas Slumber’ (sleep inspired). I immediately felt relaxed and content, I made myself a nice warm lovely hot chocolate and wore my cosy Christmas jumper to get in the spirit a little. I received a sample jar of herbs and spice, it was a beautiful evening and perfect gift in time for the holidays which I’ve had many other treatments in the past that include Reiki with Crystals, Indian Head, Reflexology and Hot Stone. This has got to be my favourite up to date, I actually felt completely at peace 😍🎄❄️✨

I had a 2 hour top to toe massage today again with Caty. After weeks of stress while grieving for my late dad, I decided to book in the day before his funeral and I'm so pleased that i did. Thai yoga massage was like nothing I've experienced before! I went in not really feeling achy or tense but just really felt that I wanted a good stretch, and I definitely got that. I booked two hours, and it passed in no time. I'll most certainly be back.

Outstanding! It was my first experience of reflexology after I was recommended to try it to ease some pregnancy discomfort. Oh my Sam was incredible, she explained everything to me, was so comforting and I really felt like she could read my needs. I followed this with a chakra reading and an Indian head massage and felt incredible - like I was cleared of stale air and energy that didn't serve. I was so surprised when I walked home to notice my pelvis pain had eased and I had more mobility and lightness in my step! Excited for my next booking and would highly recommend.

I want to say a big thank you to my dear friend Catey. This wonderful human has massaged me today and even though I was screeching at some of the knotted bits she was manipulating, the hot stones and oils have left me feeling incredible. I didn’t fall asleep as we had too much to catch up on, but I could have done. I budget and make time to get my nails done every month, and I will be doing the same with the massage. This is life giving and she was able to help relieve the pain in my right leg and lower back. I promise I will be back xx

I can’t say enough about my experience at KF Sports massage. Kim is very professional and knows exactly how to sort my shoulder problem out. The results regarding the amount of movement that Kim managed to get back into my shoulder and arm were instant. I would highly recommend Kim to anybody. Very pleased with my progress to date.😀👍
