An amazing couples aromatherapy massage by Chloe and Andrea. Such a relaxing massage at the same time as easing those tense muscles. Both of us left feeling utterly relaxed. I then stayed for a beautiful facial and my skin now feels radiant.

Had my first appointment with Rich, primarily to address long term chest muscle issues. Rich knew exactly what needed doing and not only gave a great sports massage, he was also a pleasure to talk too, resulting in a 1hr session going very quickly. My chest felt much better, immediately afterwards and Rich gave me some pointers re. regular exercises. I highly recommend Farnborough Sports Massage & I look forward to visiting again! Was desperate for a massage having recently started a new job that is giving me backache. The shoulder, neck, back and leg massage did not disappoint! Lovely, dimly lit, warmb & relaxing treatment room. Warm towels applied to legs, this was hands down the most relaxing massage I've had! I fell asleep! & Felt quite comfortable doing so. I often feel after a massage 'relaxing but wish it got into more knots' or 'was deep but harsh now I feel tenser, wish it was more relaxing'. Well Rich knows what he's doing. A lot of knotted muscles released and I feel much less tense allover. Much more relaxed. The practice area is clean and bright. Also great value treatment! In had sports massage, some hot stones incorporated too.

Excellent massage. I was not feeling good when I arrived due to my back problem which causes my muscles to spasm. Afterwards everything had relaxed down and the pain had subsided.

Enjoyed a cranial massage with Sian, it was amazing. Felt relaxed under a warm cosy bed, just the the ticket on a wet rainy day. Definitely recommend Beautybysian, 5 star ⭐️.

I've been seeing Rich at Farnborough Sports massage for years; he is incredible. He mostly addresses my sports and weight training-related tightness and knotsn and is an absolute wizard. Cannot recommend him highly enough.
