Massage

A full body treatment or targeting areas specified by you, this gentle and nurturing treatment aims to relax the mind  & body to promote balance and healing. Essential oils are specially selected depending on your needs at the time, whether that be relaxation, rejuvenation, an immune boost,  balancing hormones or any combination. 

Add an extra 15minutes if you'd like to include the face, neck and scalp for a full top-to-toe experience. 

Aromatherapy Massage

Reflexology is a technique that applies gentle pressure to your feet to bring about a state of relaxation and help the body's own healing process. 

It is thought that there are certain points on the feet that correspond to areas and organs in the body. So by pressing and massaging these points it can stimulate energy pathways in the body. If any energy pathways are blocked reflexology aims to unblock them, allowing the energy to flow freely again which aims to restore balance to the body. 

Reflexology

This is usually a full body massage, 
although I can concentrate on specific areas if you so wish. Swedish Massage can be tailored however you like to suit your needs at the time of your treatment. The pressure and speed with which the treatment is carried out can be adapted to your needs on the day. There may be specific areas of tension to focus on, you may like an uplifting and invigorating massage to get blood flowing or you may just feel like a nice relaxing, all over treatment. 
I usually add essential oils which are picked out to suit your needs. 
Choose an extra 15 minutes of you'd like the face, neck and scalp massage to be included, for a full top-to-toe experience.

Swedish Massage

The treatment begins with a 30 minute back massage, followed by the neck, shoulders, head and face. 
Essential oils will be chosen to suit your needs on the day, making each treatment a unique experience. 
Indian Head Massage is very relaxing and restoritive, with a focus on overall well-being. Problem areas such as tension in the shoulders, can also be targeted. The treatment is very much tailored to your individual needs on the day.
