I have to share this I’ve been struggling for nearly eight months with what I thought was a rotator cuff injury from all my Pilates teacher training. Turns out it was actually an aggravated nerve deep in my armpit, linked to the Teres Major and shoulder muscles. At one point I couldn’t even lift my elbow to shoulder height After one 90-minute Performance Recovery Sports Massage, she found it straight away and released it 24 hours later I’ve got full range of movement back. I had a lovely, relaxing full body massage with Molly today and will definitely return! Great value for a very enjoyable hour of "me time".

Had a lovely massage & cupping appointment, followed by a facial. It was a lovely way to spend a miserable Sunday morning. Molly explained exactly what was going to happen and took a full health history before we got going. Highly recommend!
