I had a full body massage with Anastasia today. The whole Harvest experience is so calming: from arriving in the store, then having some time to decompress before your treatment in the relaxation room and, finally, the calming treatment room - it’s so well thought out and geared towards helping you relax. I love Anastasia’s holistic approach to massage. She started and ended the massage with a Tingsha cymbal sound ritual and a grounding mindfulness mantra that helped me leave my worries behind. Her initial foot compressions and gradual approach to touch felt safe, fluid, and deeply relaxing.

Anastasia was friendly, welcoming and listened well. She explained everything, checked pressure was okay and completed a lovely relaxing massage, giving time and advice afterwards for recovery. Thank you, Anastasia, my body is feeling so much more relaxed.

Amazing! I booked in for a friend and myself to have the Massage and Reiki. Caroline was so lovely, we both loved our massages and would 100% come back. Neither of us had Reiki before but both thoroughly enjoyed the experience and felt super grounded and relaxed after. I've been to the shop numerous times and everyone is always welcoming and accommodating. It was my first time visiting for a treatment, I had a 30 minutes head and shoulders massage with Anastasia. She was extremely accommodating, I felt really well looked after from the moment I stepped in until I left. The atmosphere is very relaxing, the massage was fantastic. I felt like new! Will definitely be back for a full body massage and other treatments, 100% recommend.

This was by far the best full body massage I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to many spas. The whole experience was amazing, the temperature, music and added heated blanket created such a relaxing space. Will be back very soon
