I had my first pregnancy massage yesterday, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing—it immediately put me at ease. The space was beautifully set up, with soft lighting and calming music that helped me switch off completely. Emily, was incredibly professional throughout. Her approach was gentle, attentive and very knowledgeable. I left feeling deeply relaxed. It was exactly what I needed. I would absolutely recommend this to any expectant mum looking to relax and feel looked after!

Had a lovely relaxing combination of massages and reflexology with Nicola today I love the fact that you can mix and match so you get what you need and gives you an insight into other experiences that you may want in future,as I discovered with the reflexology I will definitely be doing the bespoke massage again. Whenever I visit the lovely Nicola she just seems to know what my body needs. From back massages, back and leg massages that include some reiki or today I experienced ear Hopi ear candles which was a lovely and relaxing experience. I always come out of there feeling amazingly relaxed and calm. I would highly highly recommend Nicola xxx

I had my first Indian head massage and reflexology session with Nicola yesterday and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease. Nicola has such a calming presence and a real gift for what she does. The head massage was incredibly relaxing and worked wonders for the tension I’d been carrying. I had a massage today with Carla for the first time in years. It was by far the best and I left totally relaxed. Carla is such a kind and caring person and the room has a lovely ambience for total relaxation. I would fully recommend her.

I had an amazing pregnancy massage with Carla at 37w pregnant. I felt so relaxed and able to rest for the rest of the day. Carla was very knowledgeable of what was safe. Looking forward to booking in again hopefully before and post birth.

Carla delivered a wonderful back massage. I'd been experiencing some aching and tightness in my back and upper arms for some time but had been putting off having anything done about it. I was instantly put at ease by Carla and she took the time to ask about areas of tension that I needed addressing. The massage itself was very relaxing. Afterwards my back felt lighter, looser and I had much freer movement. Highly recommend.

Upon leaving, I booked next appointment and asked for any information on the massage and reflexology treatments and these were emailed over to me straight away. I highly recommend Nick for any treatment. His aim is to help relieve the problem and he does this with genuine care and thought to fully resolving the pain. I have had a couple of very complex injuries and have felt so confident in Nicks ability to help me and ultimately resolve it fully with his extensive knowledge, physio and aftercare. It makes such a difference when you're in pain and you know your physio is invested in helping you. I would also highly recommend Nick for general physio maintenance, his sports massage is amazing. The Fane Clinic itself is so friendly, warm and welcoming.
