I had my first Indian head massage and reflexology session with Nicola yesterday and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease. Nicola has such a calming presence and a real gift for what she does. The head massage was incredibly relaxing and worked wonders for the tension I’d been carrying. The reflexology was just as brilliant – I felt lighter and more balanced afterwards. It’s clear that Nicola is highly skilled and genuinely passionate about helping people feel their best. Excellent and highly recommend. Joel was polite and professional and put me at ease. He explained how the session would work and what to expect. The sports massage was thorough and helped to relieve tension in the neck, shoulders and back. I enquired about follow up sessions and was not made to feel anything was compulsory. Rather I was offered a selection of options that would suit me should I wish to try.

Lovely massage can't fault Jo at all always ask how i am feeling and where i would like her to focus on. Always welcoming with a big smile.
