I had my first Indian head massage and reflexology session with Nicola yesterday and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease. Carla delivered a wonderful back massage. I'd been experiencing some aching and tightness in my back and upper arms for some time but had been putting off having anything done about it. I was instantly put at ease by Carla and she took the time to ask about areas of tension that I needed addressing. The massage itself was very relaxing. Afterwards my back felt lighter, looser and I had much freer movement. Highly recommend.
