I had my first Indian head massage and reflexology session with Nicola yesterday and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease. Nicola has such a calming presence and a real gift for what she does. The head massage was incredibly relaxing and worked wonders for the tension I’d been carrying. Carla delivered a wonderful back massage. I'd been experiencing some aching and tightness in my back and upper arms for some time but had been putting off having anything done about it. I was instantly put at ease by Carla and she took the time to ask about areas of tension that I needed addressing. The massage itself was very relaxing. Afterwards my back felt lighter, looser and I had much freer movement. Highly recommend.

Carla also has a heated massge table so from the minute you lay down you're comfy, warm and at ease. I've recommended Carla to friends and family and I'll be back again very soon! I have a g5 and a massage, I have lost weight with the g5, also exercise and eaten health.. I have gone from a size 18/20, down to size 14/16 in 3 month.. it worth the price, but u have to also put the work in to see the benefits. Xx

Fantastic and lovely ladies both Amanda who my appointment was with and also the lady on reception. I arrived a bit early but Amanda called me straight through. Upon leaving, I booked next appointment and asked for any information on the massage and reflexology treatments and these were emailed over to me straight away. Overall a lovely, relaxing & welcoming experience and would not hesitate to recomend to anybody
