I heard of this place through my PT and thought I would try the cupping massage as it is something I have always thought about doing but didn’t know where to go. The whole experience was great and my back feels so much better. Rohan was an excellent massage therapist, who made sure that I was never in too much discomfort for the cupping therapy as it was my first experience. Local or not to Islington I would highly recommend Dr Stretch if you have any back/muscle problems. They really tailor your appointment to fit your specific needs. I plan to be a repeat customer.

The Recovery Cave was exactly what I needed after a tough few weeks of training! I tried the massage pod and Normatec compression therapy, and both were amazing. I left feeling so much fresher, looser, and fully recharged. The place has a really calm, welcoming vibe, and everything felt top notch. A really good experience. I paid for the £50 package and got a great massage and a very positive experience. The therapist made me feel comfortable and talked through any questions and worries. She listened and focussed on all the right places. Went away feeling happy.

I've been going to see Sanna for almost 2 years now and she is by far the best massage therapist I've ever had. I get a lot of aches from my work and always come out of a massage with Sanna with my body feeling looser and lighter.

It was my first time trying red light therapy, and the experience was absolutely great. Although the shop is small, it’s clean and tidy. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to patiently explain how the therapy works and what to look out for. There was zero hard-selling, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. The treatment itself felt warm and relaxing. This place is a hidden gem with a genuinely warm and welcoming vibe.

I could not recommend Cornell enough - he made me feel so comfortable and cared for, and the improvement of my lower leg injury after just one hour is incredible. I have never been to a physio before and had no expectations but have walked away feeling in a much better position, with tips and exercises too to maintain my recovery. I saw him in dr stretch in hackney, which was a really calming and private space and easy to find. 10/10 would recommend and a huge thank you to Cornell who was so lovely and supportive.
