I booked in for a block of lymphatic drainage following an operation and from the first appointment meant I felt the benefit. It was so easy and simple to set up appts in the app and Trudy is excellent, friendly and puts you at ease quickly. I think being able to come to your own home is such a major plus point. Had accupuncture today another great treatment and five star as always. I find it very important to have some relaxation due to a busy lifestyle and Kirstens treatments never cease to amaze me. I always walk out feeling very chilled and this promotes great sleeps. Kirstens attention to detail is always on point. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs some time out for themselves which is why I will continue to return again and again.

I can't believe the difference in my knee pain since my appt. Kirsten is lovely, she put me at ease straight away. She listened and then explained everything to me about the acupuncture. I have to say I had a great experience and I'm going back next week.
