I had my first appointment with Jaki 8 weeks ago for BIAB and in 8 weeks I haven't so much as thought about biting my nails. Main reason being they are so pretty!! I've got a new confidence in actually writing infront of people or handing paperwork over. So many people comment on my lovely nails.
