After booking my appointment. I received a very warm welcome. Melanie was very friendly, and offered me refreshment. She explained who my consultant was and introduced to Lisa. I received a very warm welcome from Claire, she was professional and informative and I felt at ease straight away. The massage was something else, incredibly relaxing. I was also given some advice afterwards, and have booked another appointment too.

I had an amazing facial today with Leila, and she truly made me and my sisters feel so welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. She was absolutely amazing—professional, kind, and so knowledgeable. My skin feels incredible, so fresh, glowy, and rejuvenated. I can’t recommend her enough and will definitely be coming back!

Claire is so lovely, and goes deep into your concerns and what she can do to help in the best with the treatment, her place is warm, cosy and inviting. The massage bed is the best as it's heated and warm and you just melt into the bed. Her treatments are amazing and she really concentrates on your tension.

Nothing but 5 stars for Leila, she is exceptional. Explained the procedure thoroughly, before and during. Her professional and friendly manner put me at ease and I felt in very safe hands. Both Leila and her clinic are immaculate. Would definately recommend.

As always was well looked after. I have been having problems with my scalp and charlotte has told me what it is and is going to start treating it at next visit at no extra charge. What a fantastic salon
