After booking my appointment. I received a very warm welcome. Melanie was very friendly, and offered me refreshment. She explained who my consultant was and introduced to Lisa. Claire is so lovely, and goes deep into your concerns and what she can do to help in the best with the treatment, her place is warm, cosy and inviting. The massage bed is the best as it's heated and warm and you just melt into the bed. Her treatments are amazing and she really concentrates on your tension.
