Silver Spa is a hidden gem in the heart of Cheltenham. I opted for the wonderful full body scrub and massage from Ying, and I can honestly say it was one of the best treatments I have ever experienced. Ying made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her technique is incredible; firm yet relaxing, intuitive, and deeply rejuvenating. The full body scrub left my skin feeling unbelievably soft and refreshed, while the massage melted away every ounce of tension I was carrying. Ying has an incredible talent, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!!

This was the best massage I've had , it was sensational. Not only the treatment but the hospitality from the lovely ladies that work there. This was my first time at Silver Spa and I most definitely will be returning . The staff make you feel comfortable and welcome as soon as you step inside . Greeted with smiles and nice conversation, you can tell these ladies actually care about the quality they bring . I will be recommending this spa to everyone and look forward to returning. Affordable treatments but definitely do not cut back on quality! Thank you !

Wonderful reflexology at Cheltenham Neals yard . The therapists are always so nice. Lovely friendly staff helped me choosing a gift for a friend . All the products smell great.

My tailored massage today was relaxing and therapeutic, with emphasise placed on the areas that required more focus. The therapy rooms are private warm and comforting and all staff and welcoming kind and helpful.

I had a marvellous very expert Neals Yard Remedies Holistic Facial given by Siobain Drury . The therapy room is light and airy and very relaxing. I felt much more relaxed than I had for some time during and after the facial. It was very cosseting and calming and my skin looks so much better. The Total Body Bliss treatment I had was incredible. The therapist was fabulous and experienced and I thoroughly enjoyed the massage. She discussed any areas of concern before the treatment started and identified them during the session and worked through the tighter areas. The pressure was perfect and she checked in to ensure I was comfortable throughout. The therapy room was relaxing, calm and warm. The music and the oils used added to the overall experience and I look forward to booking in again and would recommended the treatment and the therapist.

Lovely therapy rooms and excellent massage

My partner and I had an amazing experience at the Silver Spa on Saturday. Both Sam and Ying are two very skilled massage therapists, my partner and I felt amazing after our massages. The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing and all staff at the venue were very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely book again next time we visit Cheltenham.
