Very professional service. I felt a bit nauseous and hot during my treatment and my therapist was so helpful and accommodating. I even got a quick blow dry afterwards even though I was doing my own hair. I absolutely loved the experience and will definitely book it again as soon as my pregnancy is over.

This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

A friend and I treated ourselves to a head spa experience for the very first time, and I can honestly say it was worth every single cent. The experience itself was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of soothing scalp massages, gentle cleansing, and luxurious treatments felt incredibly indulgent yet deeply relaxing.
