First time visiting and definitely not the last. Booked in for a facial, and Traci was great. Before starting, I told Traci about a neck/shoulder problem I was having , and she really made sure that I got the full benefits of the treatment without irritating my problem. It honestly was the best facial I've ever had. Afterwards Traci and Chloe both took the time to discuss further treatments to help improve my problem areas. This is my first experience of a Dermaplane facial. Absolutely amazing. I've been coming to Lucy for years but as I getting older, I realised I need to start taking care of my skin before it's too late. Had a chemical peel this morning. Suki always is friendly tells me step by step what she's going to do. All products used are to the highest quality my skin is glowing always give me my after care. I had the Kobido UP – Japanese Lift & Glow Ritual today and it was an incredibly calming, deeply immersive experience. My skin felt refreshed and glowing afterwards. I had microneedling with PRP this evening with Monie and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The atmosphere was very calming, with candles lit that made the space feel really relaxing. She took her time, worked with great care and attention to detail and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire treatment.
