I would 100% recommend Alicia after having a deep cleanse facial! She made it such a lovely and relaxing experience, and I walked away with my skin feeling so hydrated and refreshed. I had a few questions for her due to having sensitive skin, but she was so reassuring and answered any question I had, she knows her stuff! I can’t wait for my next treatment!

Cat, as always, has given me perfect nails that last and last. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Don’t bother with the millions of “nail bars” around. It was a revelation the first time I went to Elite Retreat, and Cat did my nails. An all round better experience and quality/expertise.

I recently had a Deep cleanse facial to introduce myself to facials as part of my new monthly maintenance and look after my skin. I have had lumpy and textured skin for a long as I can remember but now it’s smooth and soft! Couldn’t believe this was my result after just one facial, can’t wait for my next treatment x I also had my first Lash lift and Tint done by Alicia I was incredibly nervous because I don’t like having instruments near my eyes but she soon calmed me down and I’m so in love with my results that I don’t feel the need to wear makeup - definitely having it again! She made me feel completely comfortable, explained every step of the process, and tailored the treatment perfectly to my skin’s needs. My skin has never felt so clean, refreshed, and glowing. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes great pride in her work. I can’t recommend Alicia highly enough—if you’re thinking about booking a hydrofacial, do it and ask for her. I had micro needling for the first time ever and Alicia put me completely at ease. I was slightly nervous beforehand but she put my mind to rest and kept checking throughout the whole thing I was okay, I had nothing to worry about at all! Cannot wait to see what results it brings!
