Very pleased. She was lovely and knowledgeable. She provided me with options but wasn’t pushy. Very kind but professional and made me feel comfortable which is really good to be honest as I don’t normally use salons or have treatments so I am a little out of my comfort zone. The salon was clean and really nice inside too. Very pleased with every aspect

Can’t recommend enough! Got my first microneedling session done with Ella. I was a bit nervous considering I had sensitive skin and it’s my first time, but she was absolutely fab at explaining everything. She was so good at listening and it was such a relaxing session. My skin was glowing after, would definitely come again!

I was extremely nervous attending my appointment as I have a needle phobia but Nikita totally put me at ease , she applied numbing cream to the areas she was injecting & I didn’t feel a thing , she explained everything what she was doing & guided me through the treatment, she was very patient with me & I felt calm & relaxed throughout.

I had a consultation with Nikita , i felt comfortable throughout , she advised me on the best treatments to have on the areas of my face that I’m unhappy with, she did not pressure me into having any treatments , I’m looking forward to my first treatment in April .
