I would 100% recommend Alicia after having a deep cleanse facial! She made it such a lovely and relaxing experience, and I walked away with my skin feeling so hydrated and refreshed. I had a few questions for her due to having sensitive skin, but she was so reassuring and answered any question I had, she knows her stuff! I can’t wait for my next treatment!

Cat, as always, has given me perfect nails that last and last. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Don’t bother with the millions of “nail bars” around. It was a revelation the first time I went to Elite Retreat, and Cat did my nails. An all round better experience and quality/expertise.

Amazing! This was the first facial I have ever received and Alicia did not disappoint. The knowledge she has is incredible she heard all of my concerns and tailored it to suit me perfectly. Such a warm and comfy environment which put me right at ease. Explaining every single step of the way what she was using/doing and the benefits it has was so interesting.
