I recently had the 60-minute Deep Bespoke Facial with Lauren , and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. As a mum of four, a bit of peace and time to myself is all I ever ask for, and this treatment gave me exactly that!! The whole experience was so relaxing and personalised to my skin’s needs. My skin felt deeply cleansed, refreshed, glowing, and so soft afterwards . You can really tell how much care, attention, and knowledge goes into the treatment . Not only did I leave feeling pampered, but I also felt completely recharged mentally. The atmosphere was perfect !

Charlotte is an incredibly experienced and reassuring, professional who will talk you through the procedure both before, so you can work out if it's right for you, and during, to ensure you are comfortable. My 2nd facial needling session today. I have had it before by other people but not with this much care and attention and pamper after the actual needling. It didn’t hurt and I actually enjoyed the treatment. We feel even after my last session there is improvement in the texture of my skin. Very happy again.

Charlotte is amazing and I have had various treatments.Ive recently had injectable into my cheek/jaw muscles...not only do I love how its defined the shape of my face but most importantly it has stopped me grinding and gritting my teeth.... This was a problem which damaged and moved my teeth to the point I'm currently in the throws of corrective dental treatment...but I was worried I'd start doing it again... Loving the look and loving the fact my teeth aren't hurting from gritting together and grinding Highly recommended for both reason

The experience went well and the treatment seems to be progressing now which is a relief. Treatment was adapted given my skin has not fully healed.

Today I had my first experience at Glow and Renew, and it was one to remember! Jen took the time to chat through my current skincare routine and goals before giving me the most relaxing deep cleanse facial in a beautifully calming space. She made me feel comfortable from the start and was so knowledgeable about skin and skincare. We’ve now put together a plan to help me reach my goals, and I can’t wait to return for my next treatment!

Technical glitch today with the IPL machine , it didn’t want to cooperate. A huge shout out to Nazreeh who fixed it & i was able to have my all my treatment. I was dreading being patchy hairy for the next 3weeks on my holiday. This company will always do their utmost to help. Thank you 😊 Nazreeh .

Today I had my 6th pure peel with Lauren. I have really benefited from this course of treatments. My skin looks and feels amazing.
