A brilliant experience with my lip filler appointment. Very professional and knowledgeable. Great care taken so no bruising or lumps. Slight swelling as to be expected and well explained the aftercare. Highly recommended. I wouldn’t go to anyone else 10/10

A very results driven facial peel ( a blend of three to be precise… green , pure and retinoid). Followed by ice globes to cool my skin ( felt Devine) Expertly carried out in the gorgeous beauty hut by the very lovely practitioner Lauren who also added some wonderful relaxing massage to my head neck and shoulders. Jen is honestly one of the loveliest people I’ve ever met. She has been doing my facials since the beginning of this year and as someone who struggles with acne, I could not imagine someone more supportive. Today I had my first experience at Glow and Renew, and it was one to remember! Jen took the time to chat through my current skincare routine and goals before giving me the most relaxing deep cleanse facial in a beautifully calming space. She made me feel comfortable from the start and was so knowledgeable about skin and skincare. We’ve now put together a plan to help me reach my goals, and I can’t wait to return for my next treatment!

I had my smile lines & lips filled today with the lovely Charlotte. Whilst the numbing cream was taking effect we went through the legalities & medical history. Charlotte took some before pics & a short video & did the same after filler had been applied. Not a painful experience & Charlottes calm attitude made the whole experience very relaxing. I’m very happy with the result.. slight bruising but we discussed after care which I’m familiar with. Great experience.. thoroughly recommend Charlotte.
