I can’t recommend Jen highly enough! Everything is personalised, from carefully selecting the right treatment for my skin on the day to adjusting the bed set-up to accommodate low blood pressure and pregnancy. My 2nd facial needling session today. I have had it before by other people but not with this much care and attention and pamper after the actual needling. It didn’t hurt and I actually enjoyed the treatment. We feel even after my last session there is improvement in the texture of my skin. Very happy again.

Today I had my 6th pure peel with Lauren. I have really benefited from this course of treatments. My skin looks and feels amazing. Today I had my first experience at Glow and Renew, and it was one to remember! Jen took the time to chat through my current skincare routine and goals before giving me the most relaxing deep cleanse facial in a beautifully calming space. She made me feel comfortable from the start and was so knowledgeable about skin and skincare. We’ve now put together a plan to help me reach my goals, and I can’t wait to return for my next treatment!

A total blissful hot stone facial. I just love my treatments with Lauren. I went in feeling rushed and worn out and came out relaxed and calm. Highly recommend this treatment but then every treatment she does is the best

Amazing treatment with Jen. She took time to listen to my skin concerns and then addresses them all after the facial. My skin looks glowing after only 1 treatment. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fantastic facial which not only leaves your skin looking great but also informative about what products you should be using in your daily routines

The experience went well and the treatment seems to be progressing now which is a relief. Treatment was adapted given my skin has not fully healed.

Had my 1st ever facial with Jen and she talked me through all the steps as she was doing it. It was relaxing and calming and my skin felt fabulous. The treatment room is clean and fresh, jen is welcoming and friendly - a real treat

Jen is super friendly and so lovely! She gives really good advice on what your skin needs. Second facial I’ve had and it won’t be the last! I always come home relaxed and my face feels so good! I can already tell a difference to my skin by following a new routine and using new skincare products I was recommended. Can’t wait for my next facial! Highly recommend Jen for all your facial needs! She’s so good at what she does!
