If I'm ever interested in a new treatment, Sam goes through everything and answers all my questions, and is so passionate about what she does. 100% recommend

Hannah is absolutely brilliant at what she does! I had Botox in three areas and was fantastic, no messing around just got on with the treatment but still super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Would highly recommend her! There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. They are different from other hair salons that have a one nail table and few colors ..so I recommend to anyone local customer around this shop also I come from city centre Birmingham it was 3 mailege but it's worth

I’ve been having my lashes done here for nearly a year now and she is amazing. Honestly the loveliest lady and also her lashes are hands down THE BEST! She takes her time and listens to what you actually want and every set is always perfect. Great customer service and for her quality of work she is more than reasonably priced. I travel from the other side of Birmingham to have my lashes done here as they are worth it! Thankyou!

Bernice is incredibly professional yet warm in her approach to the treatments she provides. Having had the same filler previously I truly feel that the care and time taken to explain everything was wonderful! I felt safe and my results were instant. I’m looking forward to the final look once settled (as to be expected) thank you Sulpt Vitae Aesthetics for a wonderful experience.

I’ve been visiting Kyomi now since 2020 (the part where we were allowed). From skin peels to laser hair removal, she’s my woman! I am so glad that I found her, she is a very talented and knowledgeable professional. She will always talk through her recommendation to enable you to make an informed decision. Hannah was fab, she explained the procedure and the procedure went well and a lot quicker than I anticipated. I was pleased with the result. I had poly nucleotides injection under my eyes for the dark circles and a combi brow semi permanent make up treatment. I’ll definitely be going back to Hannah for further treatments.

First time having a skin booster today. Sam explained the process, answered my queries and concerns and checked I was okay throughout the treatment. Very friendly and definitely recommend 😀

I visited lels beauty room and I can’t fault her work at all. It’s such a relaxing environment and her facials are so calming. My skin was glowing when I left the salon so I would highly recommend !

I had a course of 8 treatments for laser treatment which has been such a success! Each visit to Kyomi was pleasant, professional and informative. The treatment has worked well for me. The clinic is super clean, refreshing and welcoming. I would definitely recommend the KS Clinic.

Went for a facial, eyebrow wax and eyebrow and eyelash tint. Wow what can I say my eyebrows finally look how I’ve always wanted them to Lilly has done a fantastic job never had my eyebrows how I wanted them thank you Lilly I love them. Now the tint was amazing can really notice the difference Lilly also listened to what colour I wanted them and achieved it so happy. The facial was the best facial I’ve ever had Lilly really took her time and the treatment was amazing. Lilly is absolutely amazing she pays so much attention to detail and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. I have been getting microdermabrasions for years and when my last beautician left it was a struggle finding a new one I could trust my skin with. On the first visit I knew I’d be back, I was made to feel relaxed and was given a response to all my questions. After looking at the difference in my skin this definitely got a five star rating from me. I have also tried other treatment by Lilly and all have been perfect so I have and would always recommend her to everyone.

Hannah is very professional , honest and friendliness. I had few service from her such as botox, under eyes treatment and million dollar facial which had good results.

Another warm and welcoming appointment with Sam at elevate today, so pleased with my skin booster treatment, she showed me the photos from before and after my previous treatment and the difference was amazing, will definitely be visiting again, would highly recommend this treatment x

Just had my second peel today. Kyomi is professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She really understands what my skin needs, and after trying other treatments elsewhere with little success, I've finally seen real results and have confidence they'll only get better. Highly recommend.
