I had an incredible facial at Spa at the Madison. Rena, the owner, did my treatment personally and she is truly amazing at what she does. She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in, and her expertise and attention to detail were obvious throughout the entire facial. Allyson was so knowledgeable about all aspects of skincare and treatments ! I was hesitant to try a medical grade facial as I have always had sensitive and reactive skin but after patiently answering a million of my questions, she put my mind at ease ! I have pre- bought multiple treatments so I can try all of her facial treatments !! Also I fell in love with her Lip Smartt serum and took one home which I use 24/7 now !! Everyone needs a Lip smart in their life !

I’ve been a client at Marshmellow for a few years now and every treatment I’ve had has been superb. Staff are amazing and very knowledgeable and attentive to client specific needs. I’m very selective when it comes to choosing practitioners who do skincare when it involves my face and I’m so glad I discovered this place. Highly recommended having the fantastic staff at Marshmellow take care of your skincare needs. Kary is a gem and I’ve had a couple of Picosure treatments done with her. She was very professional and reassuring and realistic with what to expect and the results. 10/10

I am so glad I found Katelyn! She is the only lash tech I have found in Vancouver that can actually do manga/anime lash styles. I love that she is thorough and takes her time with her consultations. You can see she has a lot of experience and carries that through her services. She is so gentle and I found myself sleeping right through the appointment, not to mention the bed is super comfy, I usually have back and shoulder aches (due to a previous car accident ) when I get my lashes done but I didnt experience any pain at all!

I visited Yetoday Beauty today and had the 1 hour 50 minute healing treatment. It was such an amazing experience! All the tension in my body felt released, and I truly felt refreshed and recharged. The facial massage was also incredible — the products used felt so good on my skin, and my face was glowing and hydrated all day afterward.
