She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the process and the products she would be using. Her expertise and attention to detail immediately put me at ease, and I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire session. The facial was both super relaxing and effective, and my skin really improved within a few days.

I had an incredible facial at Spa at the Madison. Rena, the owner, did my treatment personally and she is truly amazing at what she does. She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in, and her expertise and attention to detail were obvious throughout the entire facial. My skin felt refreshed, clean, and glowing afterwards. One of the best facials I’ve ever had. The spa itself is warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. I am so glad I found Katelyn! She is the only lash tech I have found in Vancouver that can actually do manga/anime lash styles. I love that she is thorough and takes her time with her consultations. You can see she has a lot of experience and carries that through her services. She is so gentle and I found myself sleeping right through the appointment, not to mention the bed is super comfy, I usually have back and shoulder aches (due to a previous car accident ) when I get my lashes done but I didnt experience any pain at all!

Loved my first time. Ghaz’s welcome was very warm and felt authentic. Process didn’t feel like she anything was rushed. She devotes more than enough time to her client, and this is most important for me. She even had me take home a list of things to do, went over my skin care, etc. I have been looking for a partner to care for my skin, I found it in this clinic and in Ghaz. Definitely recommending.

I always have the best experience with Lani! Her hydration facials leave my skin feeling so refreshed, hydrated, and glowing every time. Her lash lifts last so long and look amazing and natural. I love that she uses Korean skincare, especially her goat milk products, they’re so gentle and effective. I once had a huge pimple on my nose, and she carefully extracted it and applied goat milk products. It was completely gone within a week! She’s so knowledgeable and gentle, I always trust her to the point where i fall asleep during my apts! Highly recommend! 💕

Fantastic. I had the Microneedling and it was fantastic from start to finish. I felt well looked after and pampered throughout, and the redness went down within half an hour after the treatment! Brit also sent very thorough information and instructions about pre and post care. I’m looking forward to having another treatment soon. Thank you Brit!

The lymphatic drainage treatment with Gloria is incredible! She is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also such a warm and caring person. Her technique is exceptional, and I always leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely renewed. Gloria is certified in the Brazilian Renata França method, which, in my experience, is the most effective lymphatic drainage technique for reducing swelling, minimizing inflammation, and delivering visible results.
