I had another ultra-relaxing facial session with Shona. She genuinely takes the time to care for my skin, always checking in on how it’s feeling throughout my Dermalux LED treatment. What I really appreciate is how much effort she puts to find the best skincare routine for me—educating me on which serums, moisturisers, and SPF to use, and in what order. She even gives me samples to try at home. Highly recommend her!

I had a Korean no glue lash lift done by Grace and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The treatment was completely pain-free, and Grace was so gentle and professional throughout. She kindly explained each step as she went, which really helped me feel at ease and comfortable the entire time. My lashes look amazing natural, lifted, and just the right amount of curl. Highly recommend Grace if you’re after beautiful results with a relaxing, stress free experience! I will be back to try their other treatments x

Another amazing and rejuvenating facial session with Shona. My face was feeling very tight and dehydrated but after yesterday’s facial, it feels totally moisturised. Shona is honestly amazing. She included a complimentary LED session after my first facial session on Tuesday, which was such a lovely surprise. She gave me very helpful tips on what products I can use to lighten my hyperpigmentation. Really appreciate her attention to detail and taking time to explain everything very patiently. My skin felt so refreshed afterwards, and I’ll definitely be booking my next sessions with her.

I've never walked out of there feeling ripped off, up-sold or pressured to look a certain way/have a certain treatment. Moved to Brisbane recently and started with a bad experience at the High Brow where they pick up the phone but won't say anything when I called to inquire. But Grace and Bureau of Beauty made it up for that horrible experience with not only talent and skill at getting a perfect brow but overall sweetness and professionalism.
