Blissed out. Over the moon with this experience! Amira has a way of moving with you which is to me altogether new and such a blessing in disguise. Will undoubtably be back as often as I can be, even got sound advice that is ringing through everything now and reminding me where my feet are. Never had a massage where I didn’t flinch at some point and I was informed about every step. Had an intra oral massage and I could barely tell it was actually inside my mouth. Nothing was awkward at any point and I literally have never been so present for a treatment before. 100/10.

I had an incredible experience with Andrew that I just have to share! After months of hitting the gym hard, I booked a Deep Tissue massage to work out the kinks in my muscles, and let me tell you, Andrew truly delivered! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming and inviting! The massage itself was pure bliss; Andrew’s skill and technique worked wonders, melting away all my tension. Amira is a very skilled practitioner, she works with precision, professionalism and a lot of care. She is very knowledgeable and intuitive in her approach and has helped me recover from 5 months of chronic back pain. First time at Ark Massage therapy. From the outset Andrew was polite and courteous. Discussion around what back issues I was having; explanation of what the session would involve with deep tissue massage and mobility work. During the session, excellent mindfulness shown in checking that I was comfortable and content with deep tissue pressures. Excellent ambiance and venue was suitable. Follow up care was given re stretches to carry out for future mobility work. Would recommend fully.

Top man and great at what he does. Gav took me on short notice a week out from competing at a Hyrox and has put me in a better state physically and mentally for doing it.

Andrew was amazing as ever for our session today. We talked through the pains and niggles I had and he made sure to pay special attention to those areas during our session. He is amazing at what he does and will always recommend him.
