Amira. Makes. Glasgow! I have functional scoliosis and normally I’m pretty concerned about this when getting a massage of any kind. This doesn’t even occur to me with Amira. The myofascial release had perfect pressure, nothing is uncomfortable even when I expect it to be and breath is part of it all. Next day its restored movement to my joints, no pain. It also completely eradicated a migraine. Never happened before! Because consent is so emphasised throughout and you are asked to communicate during the treatment the results go much deeper and become incredibly therapeutic somatically. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I was made to feel so comfortable and welcome the minute I walked in. I was so nervous as it was my first treatment like this. I got the lemon bottle on my stomach area. Another amazing experience with Amy. She focused on my concerns about looking 'jowly' and ageing in the lower part of my face and my usual lip fillers. Even though still waiting on the Botox to kick in the effect of the fillers is immediately so good. I feel so much fresher and younger without looking like i had 'work done'. A great environment and experience at a very reasonable price, never hesitate to recommend Amy.

Peter has been brilliant helping men with my recovery from my ACL Reconstruction. His cryotherapy helped with the initial swelling and now the exercises and massage he has been performing has been helping me rebuild my movement and mobility in my knee.

Top man and great at what he does. Gav took me on short notice a week out from competing at a Hyrox and has put me in a better state physically and mentally for doing it.

amazing. i wish it hadn't taken me so long to decide to listen to my body and be proactive in healing and helping it. calm and welcoming atmosphere. Amira knows what she's doing and what she's talking about. even better, provides a multitude of services I've been curious about. myofascial release, scar tissue remediation massage and jaw / TMJ release. looking forward to my next appointment and highly recommend her.

Amira provides a unique client led treatment, it is amazing. After 24 hours and a 3 hour drive and I am even more convinced that Amira’s treatment is completely unique. I have been having massages for over 50 years in various countries. This was without question the best I have ever had. I had quite a disturbed night but today i got out of the car after the drive and felt as though I’d just walked across the road - phenomenal it feels as though Amira gave me a 19 year old body to go with my 19 year old mind even though I am the wrong side of 70. I will definitely return.
