Gavin took time to listen today, assess what he needed to and release the tightness where it was most needed today. Already booked in for pre race MOT! Amazing energy too!

Blissed out. Over the moon with this experience! Amira has a way of moving with you which is to me altogether new and such a blessing in disguise. Will undoubtably be back as often as I can be, even got sound advice that is ringing through everything now and reminding me where my feet are. Never had a massage where I didn’t flinch at some point and I was informed about every step. Had an intra oral massage and I could barely tell it was actually inside my mouth. Nothing was awkward at any point and I literally have never been so present for a treatment before. 100/10.

Amazing sports massage - helped an ongoing issue ahead of Hyrox and worked with me on a custom plan for maintaining. Probably the best massage, cupping and taping I've ever had.

Top man and great at what he does. Gav took me on short notice a week out from competing at a Hyrox and has put me in a better state physically and mentally for doing it.

First time at Ark Massage therapy. From the outset Andrew was polite and courteous. Discussion around what back issues I was having; explanation of what the session would involve with deep tissue massage and mobility work. During the session, excellent mindfulness shown in checking that I was comfortable and content with deep tissue pressures. Excellent ambiance and venue was suitable. Follow up care was given re stretches to carry out for future mobility work. Would recommend fully.

Andrew was amazing as ever for our session today. We talked through the pains and niggles I had and he made sure to pay special attention to those areas during our session. He is amazing at what he does and will always recommend him.

Andrew is a fantastic massage therapist. He holds space, the treatment is considered, thoughtful and effective, and I always leave feeling brand new!

Good investment as always. Andrew obtained an update on my current health, areas of discomfort and what I was seeking from the session. Good technique throughout and responsive when approaching limits of my mobility and discomfort threshold. Ambiance was excellent as always.

10/10 first session, got through a lot and looking forward to seeing the progression

Went to Gav for a 2nd opinion on what I thought was an herniated disc but had been told elsewhere it wasn’t. Within minutes Gavin had confirmed it was indeed the case. I now have a plan for recovery and most of all know what’s going on and how not to make it any worse. Thanks again Gavin.
