Lena Baidikova did my haircut, and she did it very well — exactly as I expected. I was very happy with the haircut itself. However, I also asked to fix my highlights, which had previously been done at Scarlett O Hair and were not bleached properly. The correction only involved one or two small sections in the front near my face, with no additional color applied, just a small bleach fix. I was charged $50 for this service, which I feel was not quite fair considering the original work had been done at the same salon.

She was fantastic, delivered exactly what we discussed. She had a plan and executed perfectly. I hate getting my haircut as a I usually leave upset and underwhelmed. I experienced the opposite with Lena. She now has a regular.

I made an appointment to have my bangs cut . I had to bring my dog , she sat quietly on my lap during my bang cut ! Thank you they look fabulous , I will be back to have them trimmed when needed . Colleen

3rd time there. I am happy with the haircut as always with Scarlett O'hair. They do a very good job. Just a bit pricey for me this time for a trim (no wash or style ) with very short hair. $47 (including 20% tip. But I do recommend them if you want a good cut that you'll be happy with!

I brought my daughter in for a cut and style and got a haircut myself. I could not be happier with the way her hair (and mine) turned out. All the staff are polite and extremely helpful with suggestions. I didn't get the name of my barber but he went the extra mile to even do the little things most others don't., and the stylist for my daughters hair was also great. Highly recommend and this will be my hair salon from now on! Thanks to all the staff!
