I love getting my hair done at House of Grace! Grace is always gentle and really knows how to care for natural hair. I have done straight-ups, mini twists, and washes with her and my hair always feels soft, healthy, and beautiful. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful experience! As someone with natural hair, going to a salon can be nerve wracking, but the hairstylists made me feel completely at ease. They were so gentle from the wash right through to the final styling. I absolutely love my mini twists. They are neat, lightweight, and the perfect protective style that I know will last for a long time. On top of that, their prices are incredibly reasonable compared to most natural hair salons. I couldn’t be happier with the service and will definitely be back!

My pedicure was done by Joey! She was very meticulous in the process and made sure I was comfortable thru out the process :) very sweet and kind therapist! On the other hand, my manicure was done by Jiali!! My usual therapist 🤭 as usual, she nailed my request and was efficient and detailed thru the process too! Highly recommend 🤟🏼😗

I can’t put into words how grateful I am to Sam. I have just had the most incredible hot stones massage! I can only describe it as otherworldly. I felt so relaxed that I reached a meditative state and I can honestly say I am healing from the inside out and the outside in. The coaching I have had from Sam over the last few months has helped my nervous system to come out of danger mode and I felt the difference throughout my massage today. I was able to be in the moment and completely let myself relax properly - for the first time in a very long time. 💚💚💚

Nelisiwe's service was excellent. She was so gentle with my hair and I'm obsessed with how it turned out. All staff members were great. I felt taken care of with them offering refreshments, and creating a friendly and welcoming environment.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful these ladies are. I want to gate keep and not tell other people but honestly, they would still figure out how to get more people done. I get the works when I come here from detoxification/treatments/twists/braids I’ve done it all and both of my daughters. My daughter has locs. I have natural hair my other daughter has natural. I typically like to get twist, or extensions. We’ve gotten cornrows. these ladies are masterful responsive, and better than other salons. I have tried here on two different continents .

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am absolutely in LOVE with my powder brows by Jocelyn at The Loft Spa! From start to finish, she took such amazing care of me. She spent so much time making sure the shape was exactly what I wanted and reassured me every step of the way. The colour is perfect, the shape is perfect, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. I’m so excited to wake up every morning and not have to think about filling in or shaping my brows anymore! Jocelyn made the whole experience so comfortable, and her attention to detail was incredible. I highly recommend her. ❤️

I had the illusion crochet braids service done. I like the ease of scheduling appointment through the app. Shamoy did a great job. I like how the crochet style came out and she showed me some different ways, I can style my hair with the crochet twist. She also share some insight on how I can grow my hair.

I booked a natural hair reset with a twist out and from start to finish it was an education experience. I learned about the current state of my hair and what was contributing to it. I learned about my hair characteristics (porosity, density, strand thickness). I learned about what type of products work for my hair and my hair concerns. I left my appointment feeling very equipped and capable of improving and maintaining the health of my hair. And Stevonnia handled my hair with so much care. Very gentle! 10/10

I had such a lovely experience at Rish Hair Studio 🤍 The entire appointment was calm and enjoyable, and what stood out most was how incredibly gentle she was with my hair, especially as someone with natural hair. No pulling or rough handling, just soft and professional care throughout. I also had a wedding to attend, and she made sure I was ready on time without compromising on quality, which I really appreciated. My updo turned out absolutely beautiful; she truly understood my hair and brought everything together perfectly. Highly recommend!

I had such a lovely experience at Happy Hair UK as a new client! I originally booked in for a sew-in with a closure, but Happy took the time to talk through my options and recommended a leave-out using my natural hair instead. I really appreciated that she put the health and look of my hair first rather than just sticking to what I’d booked. The salon has such a calm, welcoming atmosphere, with ladies having their hair and nails done, and Love Island on in the background, which was a nice touch! I was also offered refreshments, which made me feel really looked after.

Very pleased with my full—head, human hair sew in weave extensions + cut and style. They’ve been helping me grow out my natural hair using this protective style since 2025 and we are seeing great results. I have a fuller head of hair, my curl pattern has returned and it’s finally healthy again. I’m very fussy with my hair but Ilze and the other lady’s are exceptionally professional. They speak to me as a friend they have known for ages- I feel totally comfortable there. I had a full head of real hair extensions died bright red and I feel like a kardashian sister when walking out of there. Their kindness, people skills, excellent hairdressing, product knowledge and a sense on genuine friendliness is exceptional. The head massages 10/10, customer service 10/10, personalised care 10/10 end result 10/10 .The woman there are all extremely kind and friendly. My hair is stunning. Thankyou

Meikah's space was clean, welcoming, and professional, and she had the sweetest attitude. She made sure to ask if I was happy with the style and was completely open to making adjustments if needed. At the same time, she was honest and realistic about what could and couldn't be done, which gave me confidence that she genuinely prioritizes hair health above all else. She also gave me clear takedown instructions to help prevent damage, which I really appreciated. The style came out absolutely amazing, and it held up well! 10/10!
