Really lovely experience, Lilly was really welcoming and we had a nice chat as I was eased into the treatment and then when she began it was lovely and calming. She was really attentive to what I consider to be my "problem areas" with the facial and I really appreciate that! Always a joy and looking forward to returning soon :)

I cannot recommend Jess enough, she is very friendly and put me at ease straight away. Jess explained the process in detail and told me what I needed to know with regard to aftercare. Jess was very professional & discreet when having laser in personal areas. The added bonus was she was able to come to my home rather than making an appointment to go to clinic .

As always, absolutely fantastic service! There is never any awkward silences, feeling ignored, or passed around people. Just a relaxed, calm, friendly environment. Going to Gem, is just like having a catch up with a friend, with the added bonus of walking away with such detailed, delicate, beautiful nails! I can’t recommend Jess enough for laser hair removal! She is absolutely amazing at what she does — professional, friendly, and always makes you feel comfortable throughout every appointment. Her knowledge and attention to detail are second to none. The results have been incredible. My hair has mostly all gone, and the hair on my legs has completely gone. I’m so happy with the outcome. I’m no longer needing regular treatments and the results have been better than I ever expected. Jess provides such a fantastic service and genuinely cares about getting the best results for her clients.

It was my first time with Sarah today and I had intimate and body waxing done. She made me feel so at ease and she was really quick so it wasn’t so painful. Very professional and a lovely lady. Thank you so much. I’ll definitely come back for more! Also, she has a very lovely, calm and spacious room with aircon, so that’s a bonus too.

I had an excellent hair removal experience and am very happy with the results. After 8 sessions, the treatment was extremely successful, with a significant reduction in hair growth and much smoother skin. The process was always professional, and I felt comfortable throughout every appointment. I highly recommend Jess. Lily was amazing! This was my first ever lash lift and she has done such a beautiful job, my lashes look stunning! Lily herself was just so lovely and we had such great conversations. I can’t believe the value for money too - £48 for a lash lift and tint which can last 6-8 weeks?! In this day and age that is such a great price, knowing you don’t have to spend masses amounts of money to feel beautiful! 100% will definitely come again 😁❤️
