I cannot recommend Jess enough, she is very friendly and put me at ease straight away. Jess explained the process in detail and told me what I needed to know with regard to aftercare. Jess was very professional & discreet when having laser in personal areas. The added bonus was she was able to come to my home rather than making an appointment to go to clinic .

Susan was fabulous as usual! I had a Hollywood wax and it really was so much less painful than I’d built it up to be in my head, I’ve recently stopped laser hair removal due to the pain and waxing is definitely the way to go! Thanks Susan and what a beautiful little business Eloquin is!

A much needed massage. I slipped over in the rain walking down a muddy hill with my two dogs and landed on my arm and shoulder. The massage I had has definately freed up the stiffness. Thank you.

I had a massage with Laura and it was amazing . My shoulders , neck and top of my arms were very uncomfortable and sore from the gym . Laura was very intuitive and knew exactly where to go to ease the discomfort. She is very lovely and I would 100 per cent recommend Laura , she really does have magic healing hands . Thank you Laura for sorting my issues out , I feel so much better . Dee 😀

As always, absolutely fantastic service! There is never any awkward silences, feeling ignored, or passed around people. Just a relaxed, calm, friendly environment. Going to Gem, is just like having a catch up with a friend, with the added bonus of walking away with such detailed, delicate, beautiful nails! Gem is a fantastic beautician, but she’s especially outstanding and very quick at intimate waxing. She always talks to you while she’s doing it so you don’t have time to think about it and she’s so quick at it, so it’s all over and done within half an hour max. Her salon is also really clean and she uses really nice products. Thank you so much for it Gem. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have recently moved to Basingstoke. I was looking for a beauty salon close by. Dee is both personable and professional. I had full legs waxed. It went so quickly and was done with great care. Excellent service , a lovely lady I highly recommend.

Gem is amazing at all the treatments she offers, but I particularly think she’s outstanding at intimate waxing and brows. She’s also very good at gel nails, so I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
