It was amazing! Definitely the best haircut I’ve had in a while, I usually end up leaving salons a little disappointed because my hair looks nothing like I expected but she did a wonderful job!! Exactly what I envisioned. Everybody there is so nice and love to chat. They seemed to know their clients very well which I thought was sweet. I’m definitely booking my next appointment here again x

Katelyn did an amazing job installing my extensions and took the time to ask how i wear my hair when it's tied up to customise the installation for me and educated me on the do's and don't's and aftercare in a way i could clearly understand

Mel did a fantastic job on my hair today. Lighten me up are the only hairdresser that actually takes the time to listen to what the customer wants, I thought I wanted layer's, but I also didn't want hard ends, Ive walked away very happy with my cut. It was a fantastic experience, and not to mention my overgrown eyebrows, thank you Mel.

First time customer and it was great, handy location, friendly staff and best of all I can book an acutal time that suits as opposed to lining up at Barber shops sometimes waiting an eternity for a cut. Cheers team, will be back

I’m a hairdresser myself with 36 years in the industry. Imagine how many stylists have done my hair in that time span. Today I showed Laura some inspiration photos and said I’d like a colour something like this. It was a big job and understood it may take a few appointments. She asked a couple of questions about my preferences and got to work. The result was everything I hoped for and a whole lot more amazing!
