Had the dermaplane and hydrafacial. The facilities were clean and tidy, both members of staff were very accommodating and very kind. The lady who did my facial Liv was very good she was kind, gentle and really took time to do my facial. The dermaplane was very gentle and was very relaxing, however I noticed hair growth within 2 days. the hydrafacial was good and my skin was glowing after. I would definitely come back again.

Fantastic facial today. It was incredible one of the best facials I’ve ever had. Jojo was so welcoming and went through the whole process. The products smelt amazing and I felt so relaxed during the whole treatment. I can’t wait to come back.

I had a really lovely facial with Stacey. I have sensitive skin and have had some bad experiences with facials leaving my skin feeling stingy and sore, but my skin feels really calm and nourished after a facial with Stacey.

I had a facial booked with Stacey, I had lost my Mom the day before (not unexpected) and had almost cancelled. I didn’t and I’m so glad I went. It gave me an hour of just being able to be in my own thoughts with no outside noise just peace and tranquility. It gave me peace in that hour. It was more than a facial it was a time to reflect and take time for thoughts of my Mom. Thank you 💕

I had the most relaxing Luxury Spa Combo with Jo. She is so welcoming and kind, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Before starting, she took the time to ask if I had any concerns. As I struggle with my back, she tailored my massage to focus on the knots in my shoulders, and somehow managed to release them. I genuinely didn’t think they were ever going to go! She also gave me a facial, and my skin feels so clean, refreshed, and glowing afterwards. I honestly couldn’t recommend Jo enough. She’s a lovely lady, the treatment room is so calming, and she’s so talented!

Had dermaplane and facial with Jojo. Everything was lovely and comfortable. Jojo explained everything well took her time with everything I was so relaxed I fall asleep! 😄 the complimentary little gift at the end also was lovely gesture would definitely recommend.

This was my first appointment with Stacey for a consultation prior to a treatment. She was really welcoming and put me at ease straight away, we discussed what I wanted from the treatment and did the relevant test patch. I can’t wait to go back for the facial.

I’ve been having Biotin injections with Charlotte for the past 4 months, and they’ve made a really considerable positive difference to my hair growth. My hair is definitely longer, feels much healthier, and overall looks far stronger. As someone dealing with post-menopausal hair thinning and shedding, I was starting to lose confidence in my hair, so I’m genuinely delighted with the results I’ve seen so far. I would highly recommend Charlotte and the Biotin injections to anyone experiencing similar issues or wanting to improve the health and growth of their hair.

My BioRePeel facial was amazing! It was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep when I had the LED mask on — exactly what I needed to unwind and switch off for a while. My skin feels refreshed and incredibly smooth afterwards. I am expecting some peeling, but have had none so far. Highly recommend!

Jo is a natural carer and her massage and facial treatments are wonderful. I highly recommend the Spa Combo that she offers. After the back massage I am so relaxed and ready for her expert facial. The products Jo uses are high quality. I go once a month and love it.
