Thanks for your review. 😊 Myofascial release techniques can feel gentle & are used specifically to alleviate joint pain, reduce stiffness, and improve mobility by gently stretching and relaxing the fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles and joints). This addresses the soft-tissue tension and swelling that often accompany RA. Also used for chronic fatigue & fibromyalgia. Every massage style is tailored to each client’s specific needs. 👍

Great sports massage experience. I was invited in 15 minutes early to discuss the issues I wanted to address, which showed a very professional approach. The therapist was professional throughout, and the treatment was effective—I felt much better afterwards. Looking forward to my next session.

I've seen Neil a number of times now and cannot fault his treatments. The room is relaxing, tidy and clean and Neilis a really polite friendly guy and always explains the treatments well. I've seen a significant reduction in leg pain since visiting Neil, so I fully recommend his treatments.
