First class facial. Highly professional and knowledgeable of treatments and products. Wonderfully relaxing, and the improvement of my skin since having regular facials once a month is so noticeable and very satisfying. Highly recommend.

Lovely treatment as always. Steph always listens and tailors the treatment accordingly. My aches and pains have eased and feel super chilled!

Deciding to get a monthly membership with Stacey has been the best decision! I was already a regular for massages and facials and was always so happy with the results, but the membership has been amazing. I love that I can try something different each visit, whether it’s a new facial or massage, while still getting the same fantastic level of care and expertise. It’s incredible value for money and gives me something to look forward to every month. If you’ve been thinking about booking in, I can’t recommend Stacey enough!

What a lovely morning. Fantastic make up for all our wedding party by Charl, we all loved it. Our bride and flower girls hair was amazing. We would definitely go back if we were in and around Redditch again. Our whole appointment was arranged remotely and was just perfect. Thank you so much

I had my first facial with Stacey today, and it was such a wonderful experience. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived and was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the treatment. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing, and my skin feels so refreshed and super soft afterwards. Stacey took the time to understand my skin and explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident I was in great hands. I would highly recommend Stacey to anyone looking for a fantastic skin therapist. Thank you, Stacey! xx

I went to Nat to have my wedding make up trial and had the best experience. I’m not the one to have my make up done often but I felt very comfortable and listened to the whole time. Make up lasted 12+ hours too!

I had a facial booked with Stacey, I had lost my Mom the day before (not unexpected) and had almost cancelled. I didn’t and I’m so glad I went. It gave me an hour of just being able to be in my own thoughts with no outside noise just peace and tranquility. It gave me peace in that hour. It was more than a facial it was a time to reflect and take time for thoughts of my Mom. Thank you 💕
