I had my laser hair removal appointment today and had a great experience. Susha was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. I was curious about the face analysis machine, and she kindly offered to do a complimentary skin analysis for me. She briefly explained the results and answered my questions in a clear and helpful way. I really appreciated her time, knowledge, and excellent customer service. Thank you, Susha, for making my visit such a positive experience. I look forward to my next appointment!

I cant recommend The Beauty Hut Surrey enough Lauren is one of the most caring and talented therapists Ive ever been to. Her facials and massages are honestly magical. She makes the most of every single second of your treatment so you leave feeling completely relaxed refreshed and looked after helping you switch off and unwind. Lauren has such a lovely calming presence and you can tell how much she cares, that’s why I chose to come back every time since day one. Thank you Lauren ❤️❤️

Book the facial! Best facial iv ever had! Shes super knowledgeable, answered all my questions and has such a beautiful touch! Pressure was great! All the products smelt soo spa like, I left the treatment glowing. Will be a regular for sure! X

I can’t recommend Sian enough! She does all of my waxing, and the results are always amazing. She’s so professional, friendly, and makes you feel completely at ease from start to finish. Her attention to detail is second to none, and the results are always flawless. If you’re looking for someone who is talented, reliable, and genuinely cares about her clients, Sian is the one.
