I had my laser hair removal appointment today and had a great experience. Susha was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. I was curious about the face analysis machine, and she kindly offered to do a complimentary skin analysis for me. She briefly explained the results and answered my questions in a clear and helpful way. I really appreciated her time, knowledge, and excellent customer service. I cant recommend The Beauty Hut Surrey enough Lauren is one of the most caring and talented therapists Ive ever been to. Her facials and massages are honestly magical. She makes the most of every single second of your treatment so you leave feeling completely relaxed refreshed and looked after helping you switch off and unwind. Book the facial! Best facial iv ever had! Shes super knowledgeable, answered all my questions and has such a beautiful touch! Pressure was great! All the products smelt soo spa like, I left the treatment glowing. Will be a regular for sure! X

I can’t recommend Sian enough! She does all of my waxing, and the results are always amazing. She’s so professional, friendly, and makes you feel completely at ease from start to finish. Amazing as always! I’ve had many a facial with Lauren and they have all been lovely, she so friendly and brilliant at what she does! The hardest part is trying to stay awake. Looking forward to my next one already! :)
