I had the Japanese Head Spa treatment and it was everything I hoped for and more! Cam was super friendly and very accommodating and kind about my allergies (ensured me that she’d checked and swopped out products that would suit me). The facial was divine and the head massage and wash was wonderful. Time went far too quickly! Thank you Cam. I hope to return in the future.

I always look forward to my facial here. Alex is both professional and personable, I always feel welcomed. When I’ve struggled to get to an appointment, she has made it work for us. I wish I could visit weekly as my skin feels great afterwards! Highly recommend. X

Had my first appointment yesterday for a microdermabrasion & lymphatic drainage facial with Olivia. She explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable from the start. I loved the whole experience and came out feeling amazing! So pleased with results after 1 treatment

Had the 60 minutes facial with Lisa today - absolutely brilliant as she analysed the key concerns for my skin, addressed them during the treatment and gave me tips and changes I can easily make at home. The shoulders, arms and hands massage was the cherry on top!

The best facial I have ever had. I have had monthly facial’s since my 20’s and it’s one thing in my life I will never compromise on. I discovered Sam @ Therapy Inc in Norwich about 4 years ago. She is nothing short of brilliant & such a lovely person too. Dermalogica products are fantastic - and the results are clearly visible. Thank you!
