I had the Japanese Head Spa treatment and it was everything I hoped for and more! Cam was super friendly and very accommodating and kind about my allergies (ensured me that she’d checked and swopped out products that would suit me). The facial was divine and the head massage and wash was wonderful. Time went far too quickly! Thank you Cam. I hope to return in the future.

I always look forward to my facial here. Alex is both professional and personable, I always feel welcomed. When I’ve struggled to get to an appointment, she has made it work for us. I wish I could visit weekly as my skin feels great afterwards! Highly recommend. X

I’ve had an amazing hydrofacial and 2 lots of microneedling done by Galia now and I am so happy with the results. She is so friendly and welcoming and such a lovely lady. She Explains everything all details about the treatments. she is always making sure that i am comfortable and pain free during treatments and warm enough. Highly recommend. Can’t wait for more treatments!

1st time visit- was wonderful and my skin is glowing since my Dermaplanning facial. Alexandra is lovely and made me feel at ease and relaxed. The best facial I have ever had. I have had monthly facial’s since my 20’s and it’s one thing in my life I will never compromise on. I discovered Sam @ Therapy Inc in Norwich about 4 years ago. She is nothing short of brilliant & such a lovely person too. Dermalogica products are fantastic - and the results are clearly visible. Thank you!
