Naomi was brilliant as always. Took the time at the start to work through current state of my skin and any changes before suggesting a few things. I absolutely trust Naomi 100% and the experience is so relaxing. If you have any element of facial massage included, you’re in for a treat! A good combination of treatments were used and I left with my skin looking considerably calmer and happier.

I haven’t had a facial for a long time and this was my first one with Emma. I was right to trust her with a bespoke one because she made all the right choices. I would never have picked microdermabrasion but either I had the wrong impression or tech has progressed and in her capable hands the result is just lovely glowing skin! She also gave me some useful advice and I appreciated she didn’t try to sell me the benefit of more appointments. She didn’t need to as I’d love to come back when funds and time from looking after a young family allow. Thank you!
