Meilleure kinésithérapie à proximité à Patcham, Brighton

I've been seeing him alongside my post-car accident physio, and he's been brilliant. He really knows his stuff and always explains clearly what's happening and why, which has made a huge difference to my recovery. Every session helps me feel lighter and move better, and he's played a big part in getting me back to strength training. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and effective sports masseuse.

Great experience!! Both my husband and I came for our first ever treatments and we will most definitely be back! Everything was explained clearly and we felt at complete ease for the entire appointment. Can’t wait to come back.

Had a massage yesterday at Brighton Massage with Michael and it was a great experience from start to finish. The space felt calm and welcoming, which immediately helped me switch off. Michael was friendly and put me at ease straight away, and we even had a bit of a laugh which made it feel really natural. The massage itself was excellent, just the right balance of relaxing and effective. The hour genuinely flew by. I left feeling refreshed, looser, and properly looked after. I will definitely go back again.

I cannot recommend this beautiful lady enough! Her technique is so gentle, and painless, her clinic is spotless and she always listens to what I would like and gives me the most beautiful natural results with her magic touch on top every time! I cannot thank you enough for giving me my sparkle back! Absolutely fabulous!!

Absolutely brilliant experience. Debora was so kind and knowledgeable, and I immediately felt relief, and have more understanding of what was going on and how to prevent in future. I will definitely be back, as I do combat sports (Brazilian JiuJitsu/Striking) as well as myriad other physical activities (power lifting/running), and would highly recommend her to anyone. As a woman of a certain age (40) and hyper mobile, I was also so happy for her understanding and recommendations!

Today was my second visit. My first was for personal care. This time I took the opportunity to have a hot stone massage. It’s been quite a few years since my last massage and all I can say is ‘Fantastic’ I entered with incredibly tight calve, shoulders and back muscles. By the time I left all the tension had melted away as if by magic. Thank you, I’ll definitely be returning

I was very pleased with my consultation appointment about eyebrows transplant. Sophie spent lots of time with me explaining everything so well and she was happy to answer all my questions and concerns. Thank you Sophie

Matt is the best around! I’ve had a couple of different injuries in the past year. Matt has instantly pinpointed what the cause is, fixed it and got me back to training again! Don’t waste your money going anywhere else.

Just attended another review for photo updates/ comparisons of previous reviews. I’m feeling much better about my hair as the shedding has reduced significantly and looking forward to another session of the newer more potent PRP treatment that Sophie has updated me with. I like her professional attitude , always looking to improve results for her clients, not taking new treatments on just because it’s trendy or the latest buzz words in the hair space but because there’s the research that backs the efficacy. I trust Sophie implicitly 👍🙏

Brilliant. First time and left with better posture, taller, better flexibility and movement for boxing training and without any of the pain I walked in with. Miraculous really..I’ll be back. Thank you so much. Jamie

Very effective deep tissue sports massage. Michael did as he said, found ALL my knots and eased the tensions all over me

From making the initial booking Michael was very professional. He supplied full details of what to expect and what to do prior and post treatment. A little nervous on arrival, Michael soon helped me to relax and put me at ease. Michael explained each section of the procedure which was a great help. I would definitely recommend Michael for a first timer. I will be back without a doubt. Many thanks Michael. Oh! Perhaps I should explained my treatment was for a personal waxing, hence the slight anxiety

Amazing! Highly recommend for any sports massage needs!

I have been a few times and each time he has really targeted the issue areas as opposed to other sports massages when they seem do everything and hope for the best. Most recently I had limited range of motion in my shoulder and after a massage and cupping I left being able to lift my arm above my head without discomfort. Highly recommend!
