The most amazing salon in the whole of east London. I love coming here and you feel so welcomed. The massages are so relaxing and you come out feeling replenished. The waxing is great too. Would highly recommend a visit!

I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. I hobbled in and booked a deep tissue massage, it was exactly the pain relief I was looking for. She was brilliant, and the whole experience was incredibly calming. Thanks so much! I had the most amazing facial experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was calming and luxurious. My esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive to my skin’s needs. The products used smelled incredible and felt so nourishing. My skin was visibly glowing and so soft afterward. Zainab is definitely one of the best in the game, had few different facials from her so far and each time I left looking glowing. I’ll absolutely be back again and again Inshaa Allah.

Big facials are in a league of their own! This was my first facial with Cleo and she was absolutely brilliant, using a range of different techniques, tools and products and explaining them all to me afterwards. The treatment room and ambiance in Big is so gorgeous and really adds to the experience. I cannot recommend Cleo and Big facials enough!

I had my deep cleanse with the lovely Jawahir, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly professional, talked me through each step of the facial, and answered all my endless skincare questions with so much patience. I left feeling fresh, glowy, and genuinely cared for. I am a regular at big.beauty and have had various massages and facials all of which are excellent. Today’s massage somehow managed to excel everything. It was exactly what I needed and really helped fix problem areas I’ve had with my back. It was the perfect mix of deep tissue aswell as holistic. Can’t recommend enough! Thank you Steph!
