I had a back facial with Laura and it was fantastic. I have a few black spots on my back that are impossible to reach so I came to re:lax to start getting my back summer ready. Laura was lovely, she made me feel comfortable and gave me an amazing back, head and neck massage. The atmosphere of the salon is soothing and peaceful and it is located in a very cool spot in Hackney. I would definitively go back also for other treatments and I would recommend everyone to go too! Thank you!

Such a great experience from start to end. The facial was so lovely and relaxing. Had an amazing facial with Adeline today. Exactly what I needed. Adeline have very calming energy and her treatment room is nice and cozy (with heated sheet to keep you nice and warm in this weather). Got great advice on skin care and will definitely come back for some more advanced facial. Thank you

She is so professional and nice. It was my first time getting Hollywood wax and she did put me through the whole process and made me feel so comfortable and she is very kind and friendly. A real girl’s girl! I will definitely be back . I love the facials and brow lamination as well and she offered such a great discount too!

Shereece always makes my appointments so calming and welcoming whilst still being really professional. I feel so safe in Shereece's hands and her genuine care plus expert knowledge is brilliant. Felt super pampered after my facial and I hope to be back sooner for the next one!

It was my first time visiting and having treatment with Tina. She was very welcoming and kind. I had a full Tina signature facial, the experience was amazing through the whole treatment, she was explaining very step of the facial carefully, at the end massage and mask were 10/10, I will be back for massage 💆🏽‍♀️ in the meantime I really recommend her .

I had the most amazing facial experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was calming and luxurious. My esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive to my skin’s needs. The products used smelled incredible and felt so nourishing. My skin was visibly glowing and so soft afterward. Zainab is definitely one of the best in the game, had few different facials from her so far and each time I left looking glowing. I’ll absolutely be back again and again Inshaa Allah.

Me and my sister visited KBH Treatments today, for the Japanese Head Spa with mini facial. It was an amazing experience! Both ladies were so lovely and we felt so welcome and comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I have not felt that relaxed in a long time!!! Had a fantastic session today. I had Japanese head Spa-Scalp & Hair Treatment, and it was amazing! I loved the pre-head assement to see what my scalp was like before starting. My hair feels great, facial was lovely overall a very relaxing experience!! Will definitely be back with hubby or friends!!
