I had a back facial with Laura and it was fantastic. I have a few black spots on my back that are impossible to reach so I came to re:lax to start getting my back summer ready. Laura was lovely, she made me feel comfortable and gave me an amazing back, head and neck massage. The atmosphere of the salon is soothing and peaceful and it is located in a very cool spot in Hackney. I would definitively go back also for other treatments and I would recommend everyone to go too! Thank you!

The most amazing salon in the whole of east London. I love coming here and you feel so welcomed. The massages are so relaxing and you come out feeling replenished. The waxing is great too. Would highly recommend a visit!

I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. I hobbled in and booked a deep tissue massage, it was exactly the pain relief I was looking for. She was brilliant, and the whole experience was incredibly calming. Thanks so much! I had my very first facial, and it was such a wonderful experience! Tristana was so warm and welcoming, and she made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain my skin and gave me really helpful tips for my routine. By the end, I could see a noticeable difference in my face, and I was so happy with the results. I had the most amazing facial experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was calming and luxurious. My esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive to my skin’s needs. The products used smelled incredible and felt so nourishing. My skin was visibly glowing and so soft afterward. Zainab is definitely one of the best in the game, had few different facials from her so far and each time I left looking glowing. I’ll absolutely be back again and again Inshaa Allah.

Absolutely best Therapist in London (and beyond!). I cannot recommend Shereece highly enough- I first started re-booking as I was not only pleased with the results of her treatments (waxing, lashes, brows and facials) but her manner and cleanliness impeccable. 5 stars I travel as Shereece is the best. Remarkable PMU and superior treatments.

This was my third appointment with Shereece, and that alone says everything about how happy I am with her services. She’s incredibly professional, welcoming, and always delivers treatments that are truly on point. This time, I had a back facial (complete with a wonderfully relaxing massage) and the Glow Baby Glow facial; and let me tell you, the names do not disappoint. My face is glowing… and yes, my back is glowing too! If you’re looking for a treatment that’s both deeply relaxing and get great results, I can’t recommend Shereece enough. Book with confidence, you won’t regret it.

I had requested Polly in the app so I was a bit dissatisfied to travel an hour across london for someone else with no explanation. I had such a lovely facial from Sadie so it’s totally fine, but I feel a bit annoyed to then realise she has her own salon at much cheaper prices somewhere else. Just not really what I waited all this time for! I had a lovely facial but probably wont come back to be honest.

Big facials are in a league of their own! This was my first facial with Cleo and she was absolutely brilliant, using a range of different techniques, tools and products and explaining them all to me afterwards. The treatment room and ambiance in Big is so gorgeous and really adds to the experience. I cannot recommend Cleo and Big facials enough!
