For my first experience it was good. I cant compare since this was my first like mentioned. Here are a few things I find should be improved: the location is not the best as the door would often opens and we(we were 3 ladies) would hear cars go by and people talking from outside. I find that the 3 stations should be in a closed room. The bathroom def needs some love, feel like I was going to a gaz station bathroom. Now for the head part, it was great. Loved the analyse of the hair scalp, loved the treatment they put in your hair but didn't feel the ''WOW'' moments I was expecting.

The best head spa in Ottawa so far! Sophie used natural products that smell so good specifically for my hair type after examining my scalp on the screen. My scalp and hair feel amazing! scalp, neck & shoulders massages were amazing, technique is on pointe! The hot ginger tea was the cherry on top! Thank you for going above and beyond to make this experience all worth it.

I just had my second facial with Kayla and I’m hooked. After a terrible first facial experience elsewhere, she completely changed my perspective on this type of service. I do the Let's Just Relax Facial and it's amazing. Products feel silky, her touch is so gentle and calming, and the face + hair massage are a 10/10. My skin also doesn’t break out after, and looks glowy and refreshed. Such a warm, bubbly personality and a truly welcoming environment, I have nothing but great things to say about her and the Vault!
