I had a signature massage from Cherice? And it was so nice. Her pressure and rhythm were so relaxing, probably the best relaxation massage I have had in Canberra. Only downside was the pretty frequent clanging of (what I assume) was crockery or something similar that could be quite distracting.

My therapist Charlen was absolutely incredible. Her massage was the perfect balance of heavy pressure to long releases and the facial she gave me was second to none, it was relaxing and my skin is GLOWING. Cannot wait to go back!

The best spa experience in Canberra, for sure. I had my first visit today, based on word of mouth, and the word was right. Had a 2 ritual package with relaxing massage and basic facial. Jocelyn, my therapist, gave a great massage with just the right amount of pressure and she found the right spots. My facial made my face glow, the plunge pool and sauna were great, and the lounge was very relaxing. I honestly could have stayed many more hours, just lolling around, had I time on my side. I will return.

Fantastic experience. Staff were all warm and welcoming and went out of their way to fascilitate a special surprise for me and my partner. The location is beautiful and well designed. The massage felt amazing. Worth every dollar and very very very much looking forward to my next trip to Canberra specifically so I can visit this place. First time at Hale Spa and I was not disappointed. Gemma managed to fit me in after a last minute cancellation, hearing how much I needed a massage!). I often get a lot of lower back pain/stiffness and so the table that adjusts to lift the legs (vs the usual soft pillow) was amazing. Hasina kept checking in to make sure the pressure was okay (which it was!). She found the sore spots and massaged out the tension. We also had a chuckle over the ticklish spot in the middle of my back. The post massage drink was delicious. It was also lovely hanging out in the lounge afterwards. I will be back.

Just had the Alma Hybrid treatment with Kristy and what an amazing experience. She was so meticulous with the therapy which felt very reassuring as the laser was on a scale of 1/10 for pain and was kept comfortable and informed the whole way through the process. Kristy’s after care advice was very thorough which reflect in the ethos of the Hales Aesthetic Clinic. An experience. worth repeating.
