Fantastic massage from my preferred masseur, who really knows a lot about the body. I am always very impressed. Fantastic receptionists who always make me feel very welcome. Fantastic spa facilities; steam room, dry and wet sauna, jacuzzi and salt room. Great for relaxing in after my massage session.

Went in for a sauna and bamboo massage. It was really peaceful and relaxing, which was what i needed! The sauna is located in a room with dried lavender or herbs and really made the whole experience amazing, the environment was just peaceful and lovely. The massage I had with Vivian was also amazing. She was attentive and applied the right amount of pressure. I'll definitely recommend this for anyone who is looking to have a slow and recuperative experience 💓

I really enjoyed my time there today-everything was verycosy (although the main area was locked given that there was an issue with it), they accommodated us in a smaller place which was also very cosy. I spent 1 and a half hours there. I would definitely be visiting again-just one comment if I may-perhaps the price could be reduced to £30 as I just used the sauna and had a few bucket showers. It was funnnn-tastic though :) I feel refreshed!!!

Arrived early and was allowed to use the spa facilities even though I only booked for an hour. The spa is clean and staff is friendly. I didn't understand the benefits of all the different rooms but was happy with the hammon, sauna and jacuzzi which is what I'm used too. My masseuse Iskra was AMAZING! She applied the right pressure and really tried to work out my knots. The fruit platter, juice and prosecco was a nice touch. The whole experience was wonderful, just time went too quickly.

Amazing experience. I’m traveling a lot for work and have been visiting a lot of different Thai massage in Europe. This was probably the best one. After 30 min of sauna ( included in the price ) I had a shower and went for the massage itself. For once I had chosen a Swedish massage which was perfectly performed by Didi. I understand they are also a training center for future massagist and I know why. Will surely visit them again next time I am in London. 👍👍👍👍👍

The venue is very luxurious. The staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionists. My masseur was equally friendly and polite. He saw me on time. He gave me a massage that was suitable to my physical ailments and ensured that the massage was at the pressure that I wanted. Afterwards I made use of their array of spa facilities. I used their dry and wet saunas, their Moroccan steam room, their jacuzzi and their salt room. So, overall because of the venue, the staff, my masseur and the array of spa facilities I would highly recommend this spa venue to anybody.

Fiza did my massage and gave me advise on what to concentrate on. My freind felt very relieved after hers. The spa access was very nice first time using banya and the salt room.

The lady who steamed up the sauna really cared for users, checking frequently and keeping the smile and asking if customers need anything from a towel change to order something before the kitchen closed. Great Borscht = double medicine in one go! Thank you!

The sauna was lovely but would have been better if there was music playing and also the shower wouldn’t go cold or even warm only hot afterwards which was very unpleasant but otherwise it’s beautiful and relaxing! Really enjoyed it

Great massage from Samita and I was able to use the sauna for half an hour before my massage which was amazing!

I’ve had a stiff neck and upper back for three days & felt a lot of pain when rotating my head. After my massage, majority of the pain was alleviated! Will definitely be coming back. They also give you access to sauna before or after the treatment, very relaxing.

Joel was excellent. 60 min deep tissue after a squash tournament and really worked out the knots. Also enjoyed a sauna beforehand.

My experience was excellent. The facilities are really lovely with a variety of steam, sauna, jacuzzi, hammam, salt room longside various beauty treatments. I highly recommend the massage, just wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The visit made for a very enriching experience, calming and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of life.

Bee is very knowledgeable and an intuitive massage technician. The space ins very clean, calm vibe for the nervous system. Bonus: a sauna and shower to rinse off really topped of the experience and ease of going on with the days obligations.

Leisha really takes the time to consult with you, understands exactly what you’re looking for, and genuinely listens. She always follows through and delivers. I haven’t been disappointed with my experience at all.

Nice little spa with a jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, banya and salt cave. There is also a small moroccan steam chamber if you want to have a private scrub experience. I had a deep tissue massage with Rosa and she was truly amazing. She applied the right pressure exactly in areas I needed the most. My partner had a lovely therapist too. We were also provided a complementary glass of bubbly which was a nice addition to the whole experience. Would recommend going with a friend.

A little rushed at the end, the table was cleared of remaining drinks 10 minutes before end of the sessions and less staff available around the sauna room.
