My friend and I booked the spa room after our Pilates class, and it was absolutely amazing. The room is stunning and has everything you could possibly need — Rachel and Leanne have truly thought of everything. From snacks and toiletries to skincare products, foot masks, and eye masks, every little detail made it feel so luxurious and relaxing. The infrared sauna was perfect for helping our recovery after class, and the whole experience was so calming that we honestly could have stayed there all day. We’re already looking forward to booking again with more friends, and added treatments

Zoe was very welcoming, talked me through all the essential oils she could use and let me pick the ones I liked best. The treatment was very relaxing, the hot stone massage was excellent. Highly recommend

I always look forward to my IR sauna at RFW it’s not only for it’s purpose of detoxication which you can see and feel at the time but an overall commitment to a program is fantastic for the mind which I find very motivating towards my goal of achieving and maintaining good levels of self care. Great experience yet again. The sauna is always pre-heated when you arrive so it's lovely and toasty. It is helping with pain and discomfort and pain in my leg massively so I'm booked in for a couple more sessions. I've taken advantage of the great deals that are on. Thank you x

A very clean environnent. The sauna is first class. Great heat output, which you are able to control. You can also put some tunes on whilst relaxing. High recommended.

We really enjoyed the experience of the infrared sauna. Too early to rate on the health benefits this is supposed to provide but we are looking forward to the next session.

Great thank you!! Too early to tell if there is any improvement in my muscle ache etc.However I always feel uplifted after my session. .I have bought 3 more sessions for future use 5✨️
