I went for an infrared sauna and a massage in a massage chair. The massage chair was unexpectedly fantastic (not like the airport ones at all, which is what I half expected it to be), the infrared sauna was good too, although its effect remains to be seen. The set-up is utilitarian so don't expect a spa experience, and there aren't any showers (which I knew beforehand). This suited me absolutely fine! I'll definitely be back. 4 stars because there were no hooks for clothes in the changing rooms, which had to go on the floor. Not a good first impression!

The massage chair is very good. I chose deep tissue setting and was pleasantly surprised at how effective it was. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience, The massage chair was amazing and I really enjoyed the cryotherapy. I’m definitely going back for the oxygen treatment. I was seen by a young lady called Kieron, she was really helpful and informative which added to my great experience. ❤️👊🏾

Clean facilities was a breath of fresh air. Chamber was cold! But fun and manageable especially with the music you could choose.

The staff here are so clear, welcoming, and friendly! They made the whole experience super easy and enjoyable. I especially loved the red light therapy — it was relaxing and refreshing. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Very helpful, friendly staff and the massage chair was great after being out for two weeks with a back injury to be able to come and use this after my first session back in the gym. Never had a massage chair like this. It applies pressure as well as the massage element. Arms, hands and feet included. And with the summer offer on at the moment it’s well worth it.

Very intimate space which is suitable for female athletes like me! Great hospitality and informative on the service you choose. I travelled straight from a sports competition and did Cryotherapy, I felt refreshed afterwards! I highly recommend.
